This Physio-Control 11101-000017 child electrode pad starter set is a perfect companion to your LIFEPAK 500, LIFEPAK CR Plus, LIFEPAK EXPRESS, or LIFEPAK 1000 AED.
These electrode pads are intended for child patients up to 8 years of age or 55 lb. and use a smaller energy dose than the adult-style pads by a factor of 4. Clear diagrams make it easy for responders to place each pad in the appropriate location.
This kit also includes a storage pouch with a cloth handle to keep your child pads handy and ready to use, and it also comes with safety instructions and labels that detail use. When using with a LIFEPAK 500 AED, the unit must have a pink cable connector (standard on models built after 08/09/2002) to use this electrode pad. The pads have a 2 year shelf life.
