A great atmosphere for learning.

A new level of understanding.
Great experience! I have renewed my PALS certification many times, but never have I felt this level of understanding. The instructor was great and took his time answering all my questions.

Well organized program.
When I came in for the classroom portion of the class it was conducted quickly without a lot of wasted time. I was able to test and get my certification without spending the entire morning doing paperwork or sitting around wasting time.
